Jason Isbell a offert «Foxes in the Snow», la piste de titre à son prochain album acoustique.
Tout comme le premier single «Enterrez-moi», « Foxes in the Snow » est un folk dénudé et nu coupé de la première star de la couverture. Parfaitement à temps pour la Saint-Valentin, Isbell raconte toutes les choses qu’il adore à propos de son amant: «J’adore mon amour / j’aime ses mains / j’aime la façon dont elle voit l’enfant à l’intérieur de l’homme», chante-t-il avec nostalgie dans le verset final au sommet Une ligne de guitare qui a du treet. «Foxes in the Snow» suit «Bury Me», qui est arrivé lorsque Isbell a annoncé le LP solo en janvier. Son premier album acoustique entièrement solo, Isbell enregistré Les renards dans la neige En cinq jours dans les studios Electric Lady de New York. Isbell se lancera également dans un tournée en solo tout au long de février et mars à l’appui de Les renards dans la neige Avant de vous lier avec son groupe de confiance, l’unité 400, pour plus de spectacles à la fin du printemps et de l’été.
