Fatna bent Lhoucine was a Moroccan artist born in ‘Sidi Bennour’ Doukala, in 1935. She started her career by singing the ‘Aita’, a popular Moroccan musical genre. Soon, she joined the group of Shiek mahjoub and his wife Sheika Khadija. She learned from them the rules of el ‘Aita’, and spent 10 years in their musical band.
