Bilal Wehbe was born in Tétouan, the north of Morocco.

He dreamed singing since his childhood. Confronted to personal difficulties he struggled and got access to the Institute National des Beaux arts in Tétouan where he stayed three years. In 2006, he was chosen to participate at the Star Academy.
